Our stance

Independent by design, practical by habit

Parlons du Monde is not tied to a language app, a travel company, or any institution. We decide what to publish on the basis of what helps a reader practise, listen, and prepare with more confidence. Every article is written to be useful before it is persuasive.

Our attention stays on human connection and cultural nuance rather than on sales claims. We do not promise fluency overnight. We explain how spoken language really moves in everyday life, and how small cultural habits shape an ordinary day abroad.

Craft standards

Observation, clean design, and respect for the reader

Our articles begin with careful observation of how people speak, listen, and navigate daily life in different settings. We keep the design calm and readable, with clear hierarchy, generous whitespace, and photographs chosen for candour rather than gloss. We write for thoughtful reading on any screen. Pages are kept lightweight and fast, and headings, links, and metadata are structured so that every guide can be found, read, and returned to.
